Refund Policy

Effective date: July 24, 2026

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It does not affect any mandatory statutory rights you have where you live.

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can obtain a refund for a ListGuru paid plan. It applies worldwide and forms part of our Terms of Service. It does not limit any mandatory rights you have under the consumer-protection or other laws of your country of residence — where those laws give you stronger rights, those rights apply.

2. Who processes your payment

Paid plans are sold and billed through our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments, which acts as the seller of record, issues your invoice, and collects and remits applicable taxes. Refunds are approved by ListGuru and processed back to your original payment method through the Merchant of Record. Your purchase is also subject to the terms shown at checkout.

3. Free plan

The free plan is provided at no charge and involves no payment, so there is nothing to refund. You can stop using it at any time.

4. Subscriptions and auto-renewal

Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not, by itself, refund a charge already made for the current period. You keep access to paid features and remaining credits until the end of the period you have paid for. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date from your billing settings or the Merchant of Record's customer portal.

5. Consumer cooling-off period (EU/EEA, UK and similar)

If you are a consumer (an individual buying outside your trade or profession) in a jurisdiction that grants a statutory cooling-off period — such as the EU/EEA and the UK — you generally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital services for any reason.

Because ListGuru gives you immediate access to a digital service, if you start using the paid Service (for example, by running a search or spending credits) during that period, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the cooling-off right once the service has been fully performed; where it has only been partly used, any refund may be reduced proportionately to reflect what you have used. If you have not started using the paid features, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

6. When we will refund

We will provide a refund in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charges or a clear billing error on our side;
  • You were charged but, due to a fault on our side, could not access the paid Service at all during the period;
  • A valid consumer cooling-off request made in time (see section 5);
  • Where a refund is required by the mandatory law of your country of residence;
  • At our reasonable discretion, as a goodwill gesture.

7. When we generally will not refund

Except where the law of your country requires otherwise, we do not provide refunds for:

  • Credits that have already been consumed by delivering results, including work emails and mobile numbers sourced from third-party data providers;
  • Change of mind by business customers after the paid Service has been used;
  • Partial or unused portions of a billing period after cancellation;
  • Dissatisfaction with the accuracy or completeness of Results (including work emails and mobile numbers), which are aggregated from public sources and third-party data providers and provided “as is” because such data changes constantly;
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms or acceptable-use rules.

8. Credits

Credits and monthly allowances are units of access, have no cash value, are not exchangeable for money, and are non-transferable. Different actions consume different amounts of Credits — shown in the product before you confirm — and revealing a mobile number includes the associated work email. Because we do not charge Credits for lookups that return no result, there is nothing to refund for an unsuccessful search. Unused credits do not generate a refund and may expire at the end of a billing cycle or on cancellation, as described on the pricing page.

9. Taxes on refunds

Where a refund is issued, any tax (such as VAT or GST) collected on the original charge is refunded together with the eligible amount, in line with the Merchant of Record's process and applicable tax rules.

10. How to request a refund

Email support@listguru.io from the address on your account with your invoice or order number, the charge date and amount, and the reason for the request. We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days and, where a refund is approved, to process it within 5–10 business days. The time for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

11. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a chargeback. Filing a chargeback or dispute without contacting us may lead to suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.

12. Currency and payment method

Refunds are made in the original currency and to the original payment method used for the purchase. Currency-conversion differences applied by your bank or card network are outside our control.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
